Ex army Major running in the Portuguese Mountains to help homeless ex-servicemen

MARTYN BIRD has worked tirelessly to raise funds for numerous charities including Help for Heroes, Sports Relief, Cancer Research and the Poppy Appeal. His latest charity run sees him running 163 miles in the Portuguese mountains later this week with all money raised going to the Community Self Build agency which helps homeless veterans get their lives back on track.
