Parkour: a London guide

Parkour was first founded in France in the 1980s. It is based on the military training principle used in obstacle course activities. The purpose is to use every form of movement including running, jumping, swinging and climbing in a fluid way to get from point ‘A’ to point ‘B’ in the fastest possible time.
