Would you like to push your limits? Could it be you? Yes and yes.

It’s not as hard as it seems to be. But what is a limit? It’s something that you think can’t go beyond. It doesn’t mean it is impossible to exceed. The only thing stopping you from reaching your dreams are the limits you put on yourself. As soon as you pass your limits you will discover a new world. Once this door is open you will want to achieve harder dreams. Pass the last limit you set, push yourself further and find a new motivation and move forward to the next challenge.

Don’t be afraid to be on your own. Your family and friends will not always understand what drives you on. You have to do it for yourself and not for anyone else. If on your path you meet other people who share your enthusiasm and vision join forces to achieve your dream and go out of your comfort zone.

Whatever your goal is you have to live and breathe it. You need to have a starting point and target in mind. You have to be committed and train on a regular basis to achieve your target. You must have supreme focus on the word ‘PROGRESS’.

By pushing your own limits, you serve as an example to others. Inspire these people as others have inspired you. When you try to reach a goal, there is no place for excuses and weakness. It’s vital to have perseverance and determination.

You should also recognize any obstacles to and be able to adapt and correct your mistakes as you progress. Undertaking an adventure is not done in isolation, you must also plan your training, your diet, your recovery and the logistics for the adventure to ultimately be successful

Everybody can achieve something in their life no matter how small it may seem. The most important thing is to push your own limits.

Bruce Lee said: “ If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them”
