What do you love most about your life right now?

My Family

 

What is it in your career you are most proud of?

Being a father.

 

If you hadn’t joined the Army what would you be doing today?

A fisherman.

 

Which of your books is the best?

The Fat Survival Book with the Universal Language Guide a close second.

 

What’s your favourite movie?

Rob Roy or V for Vendetta

 

And actor?

George Clooney played a Green Beret 3 times,

but Pitt, Cruise, Bale, Crowe and Jackman are main stays

 

And musician/band?

Peter Gabriel.

 

What’s your biggest regret?

None.

 

What sport are you most passionate about?

None- Fishing, but to me, it’s not a sport, it’s a way of life, ha!

 

As a father what is the main life message your try to instil in your kids?

Be honest, be kind and follow your dreams.

 

How often do you currently work out?

Three times a week.

 

What’s your best characteristic?

My ability to simplify complex ideas and distill down to effectively teach.

 

And your most unappealing habit?

My tenacity serves me well and makes me stubborn, too.

 

If you could order any three-course meal what would that meal be?

Fish, rice and spinach.

 

If you had to get stuck in an elevator with someone who would that person be?

Living – my wife, dead – Alexander the Great.

 

Which of the countries you’ve visited have had the biggest effect on you?

Turkey and Greece.

 

What are you most afraid of?

Failure.

 

When are you happiest?

Fishing or playing with my son.

 

What message would you most like those who are inspired by all you have

achieved so far in life?

To keep striving to make the world better, keep hope and never quit.

 

What makes you most angry about the world?

Liars, thieves and abuse of power.
